About Us
Sportscape Education has worked within the “Sports Education” sector for the last 10 years. This has enabled the staff to build a wide range of skills and excellent knowledge base to be able to support the teaching and learning in a wide range of apprenticeship standards and vocational courses.
Sportscape Education only use staff that have current and up-to-date knowledge of the sector, to ensure they are able to support the apprentices in full. We are able to offer Apprenticeships, Skills Leadership Qualifications, 1st 4 Sport Qualifications and Vocational courses such as BTEC, where we currently are proud to work closely with LFE (League Football Education) in delivering academy football education.
Well established face-to-face training is now supported by online learning to offer a blended learning solution that can facilitate education for all of our employers and learners, achieving success at every level. We work with each employer and apprentices to develop a delivery model that supports both parties through their chosen standard.
Our training has developed significantly, enabling us to provide a wide range of options for our employers and learners.

Level Three Community, Sport and Health Officer
The key role of a Community Sport and Health Officer is to initiate behaviour change in local residents with regards engagement in sport and physical activity across local communities. By working within and across local organisations individuals will scope, organise and coordinate the delivery of opportunities for local communities to get more physically active.

Level Three Personal Training
The role of a Personal Trainer is to coach clients on a one to one and small group basis towards their health and fitness goals.

Level Three Early Years Educator
Operating across diverse settings like nurseries, schools, and home based care. Early Years Educators provide high-quality education and care for children from birth to age five in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage. They support learning and development through inclusive, play based practices.

Level Three Outdoor Activity Instructor
An Outdoor Activity Instructor supervises and guides children and adults in activities such as canoeing, sailing, climbing, surfing, cycling, hillwalking, archery, bushcraft, rock pooling, geology, plant identification, habitat or wildlife walks at an introductory level. They will be supervised while working in a limited range of venues and weather conditions following tightly defined operating procedures.

Level Three Teaching Assistant
Operating across diverse educational settings including primary, secondary, and further education. This apprenticeship prepares individuals to enhance the education of pupils by assisting with learning activities, fostering inclusivity, and supporting teachers within the classroom.

Level 4 Sports Coach
This apprenticeship is designed for individuals operating within the sport and physical activity sector. Within this standard, apprentices choose their focus between high-performance pathways, community clubs, and school environments.
Accredited Qualifications
Through partnership with 1st 4 Sport and Skills Leadership Foundation, at Sportscape Education we deliver stand alone qualifications ranging from Level 1 to Level 3.

Blended Learning Approach
Our main classroom is based at Biddulph Youth and Community Zone, however we are able to deliver our apprenticeships through a blended learning model.
We work with each employer and apprentices to develop a flexible delivery model that supports both parties through their chosen standard.
