Sportscape Education joins forces with Elite Swimming to offer new apprenticeship scheme

Sportscape Education has partnered with Elite Swimming to introduce a groundbreaking apprenticeship programme set to launch in September 2024.

Our apprenticeship programme goes beyond traditional training.

It’s an opportunity to earn a Level 2 Community Activator qualification while also receiving a FREE NRASTC (National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches) qualification.

This double award prepares our apprentices not just for a career in sports, but empowers them to be at the forefront of the Pools to Schools initiative.

This remarkable project aims to bring swimming lessons into the heart of our communities by utilising portable pools, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn this vital life skill.

What sets our programme apart is the blended learning approach.

Apprentices will have unparalleled access to expert tutors, combining online learning with hands-on experience.

This method ensures that our apprentices are not only equipped with theoretical knowledge, but are also ready to apply what they’ve learned in real-world settings.
